1. Basic statements

1.1. Privacy policy covers all the information which can be gathered about the Applicant (Visitor) while the person is using the Site, services or programs, products or any other kinds of services while the Sole Proprietor Kurbanova L.A. is performing her duties, any agreements or contracts with the Applicant, including information distribution, for example advertising (further – the Information Usage)

1.2. The Information Usage supposes unconditional agreement of the Applicant (Visitor) with the Policy and conditions mentioned in it including terms of personal information processing. In case the Applicant doesn’t agree with the terms we strongly recommend to avoid using of the site.  

2. Personal information of a Client, purposes of processing and terms of information transmission to the third party.

2.1. Concerning personal information of the Applicant (Visitor) we declare that it is considered completely confidential excluding the cases when the Applicant willingly reveals information by himself/herself and grants access to the unlimited number of people.

2.2. When registering on the Site or transmitting the data to the specialists working with Applicant by telephone the latter provides the following information to the Fund: name, surname, email address, telephone number. The Sole proprietor Kurbanova L. A. acknowledges the importance of confidentiality of the personal information provided by the Applicant

2.3. Providing personal information to the Sole proprietor Kurbanova L. A. the Applicant (Visitor) agrees to the information processing by the Sole proprietor with different purposes including performing of the duties within the terms of the contract, advertising mailing (to the post addresses as well as emails), making telephone calls, conducting of sms polls, texting, using of targeted advertising materials, texting via internet messengers, conducting of statistics researches, promotional events, analysis of marketing events, client support, delivery processes, client satisfaction control.

2.4. Under personal information processing we understand any action made using technical means of automation or without using them to process any personal data including gathering, recording, systematization, saving, renewing, extracting, using, transmitting of information (including information transmitting to the third party not excluding cross border transmission in case of necessity), depersonalization, blocking, deleting, termination of personal data .

2.5. People attending the Site and Applicants (Visitors) agree with the following: to perform all the duties before the Applicant (Visitor) and with marketing purposes such as marketing research, analytical reports forming or any other marketing events the Sole proprietor  Kurbanova L. A. may charge the third party with the information processing in according with the contract concluded with such a party on condition of meeting the requirements of the Russian Federation legislation to provide confidentiality and safety of personal datawhile processing the information.

2.6. The Sole proprietor Kurbanova L. A. doesn’t control and is not responsible for the third party sites information processing if the User follows a link available in the Fund services including search results.

2.7. The Sole proprietor Kurbanova L. A. may use «cookies» technologies which don’t contain confidential information. By visiting the Site the Applicant (the Visitor) agrees to gather, analyze «cookies» giving this right to the third party as well with the purpose of statistics formation and advertising messages sending optimization.

2.8. The Sole proprietor  Kurbanova L. A. acquires information about IP addresses of the https://vipavenue.ru. This information is not used to identify the Visitor’s personality. 

3. Measures taken to protect Client’s personal information.

3.1. The Fund takes all necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal information of the Applicant (Visitor) from authorized or accidental access, terminating, changing, blocking, copying, distributing or illegal actions of the third party.

3.2. Ensuring the security of the personal data of the Applicant (visitor) is achieved by monitoring possible threats to the security of personal data during processing; application of organizational and technical measures to ensure the security of personal data during processing; by assessing the effectiveness of measures taken to ensure the security of personal data; by detecting facts of unauthorized access to Personal Data and taking measures to eliminate them; by setting the rules defining access to personal data; by monitoring the measures taken to ensure the security of personal data.

4. Applicable law.

4.1. When processing the personal data of the Applicant (Visitor) the Sole proprietor Kurbanova L. A. is governed by the Federal Law of the Russian Federation “On Personal Data”.

4.2. The Sole proprietor Kurbanova L. A. has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy.

4.3. The law of the Russian Federation applies to this Policy and the relationship between the Applicant (visitor) and the Sole proprietor Kurbanova L. A. arising in connection with the application of the Privacy Policy.
